Unbelievable customer service We purchased a Tacoma from Josh a few weeks ago. We had to bring it back today (a 2 hrs drive) for three things to be done. I generally avoid service because it's so busy and I have to make an appointm Tom was able to help me with my 1st service appointment with no notice. I generally avoid service because it's so busy and I have to make an appointment usually 10 days or more out. I was in the area and had an hour to kill so I thought why not stop by and see if I can get in and out quickly. Tom didn't scold me for not having an appointment and said he could get me out in about 90 minutes. 30 minutes later he came to see me and said my vehicle was done. What a pleasant experience? Thanks Tom. More
Customer Service I feel like really good customer service is becoming a skill from the past because companies seem to not value it enough to train their employees on h I feel like really good customer service is becoming a skill from the past because companies seem to not value it enough to train their employees on how to do their job that includes making the customer feel valued. I have had my first two appts. for my new Rav 4 (which I am loving!) and each time, the people from the receptionist to the rep to the shuttle person have been so kind and considerate. One of my least favorite things to do is to spend time waiting for my car to be worked on, but Heritage employees have changed that mindset. More

Recall service work Todays service was great and everything went well but I should not of had to go back for service that had been set to be done weeks ago. I made an ap Todays service was great and everything went well but I should not of had to go back for service that had been set to be done weeks ago. I made an appointment to leave my truck for a day for a recall on the exhaust. pipe. Eight hours later I got a call that they wanted me to leave the truck over night so they would have time to do the work. I needed the truck the next day so said do what you can and I will be back (30 miles away) at 7p.m. to pick it up. When I got there I was told to make a new appointment to come back and get the part replaced. We bought the truck second hand so it probably did not come from Heritage but I expected better service on a company recall. More
