Held the door for me to get into the service area, had a nice friendly conversation and I was off. If you could clone Dana you would have a wonderful service staff. I had mine in for recall work and there was no cost for that. They gave me a rental car. It took a while to get the parts, but since I had a rental it didn't matter much to me. My only issue is there was a smell in the car and some grease on the driver seat. They could have cleaned up better. I did have some additional work done that I did need to pay for. They are high priced compared to my local mechanic. But the service is excellent. More

Fast Service I had very confident experience dealing with Tom Kulhowvick for our periodic maintence on our Sienna. When I first drove in the day before we were sc I had very confident experience dealing with Tom Kulhowvick for our periodic maintence on our Sienna. When I first drove in the day before we were scheduled, the gentlemen who greeted me was friendly and willing to help. Then Tom approached and introduced himself and explained what he would be doing. We then returned to his work station and verified what work was needed and he gave me an estimate of cost and time. We thanked each other and I was on my way. The surprising thing was a phone call that evening and he told me the car was ready to be picked up in the morning, a day ahead of time. Thank you very much for the more than prompt and friendly service. Oh, also when I arrived to pick up the vehicle a very pleasant young lady assisted me, she was again, friendly and helpful.
