Accommodating! I was early for my 11:30am appointment by at least 45 minutes, as my sister-in-law called me to go to lunch. I went to the service center and asked if I could leave the car, but I wanted it by 1:00pm as she would be dropping me off after lunch. Tom was great! He called me at 12:25pm to let me know my car was ready. On top of the great service I always get, I wasn't charged for the State Inspection." Thank you Heritage! From beginning to end, he helped me with my first service and answered all of my questions about future services without me feeling "rushed". He took his time with answering my questions and I felt heard. He also offered me different options on future services without being "pushy". I know I can trust the technicians to ALWAYS do a great job and keep my investment running properly for many miles to come. I especially have liked the care and frankness that Dana has provided me. On more than one occasion she has looked up previous repairs (even from other Toyota Dealerships) and walked me through several options that I have for the necessary repairs. There is never any pressure to have the repairs done. When the need of the repair is imminent she has always been very honest to give me options to get the repair done properly for the best price. My "hats off" to the entire Heritage Toyota Service Team, they continue to make me realize that my Toyota is a solid reliable vehicle which I can keep running thanks to their expertise. More
