Pulsating Brake/Vibration Problem Initially when I came in I was very frustrated having had to bring back my truck for what I thought was a problem created when the emergency brake cab Initially when I came in I was very frustrated having had to bring back my truck for what I thought was a problem created when the emergency brake cable was repaired at my last visit. However, upon examination the service tech found that the reason I was experiencing the pulsating of my brakes, was due to the rear drum being out of alignment. They were able to re-grind the rear drums and render the necessary repairs. When I drove off the pulsating was eliminated. Also, I noticed the amount of vibration had greatly been reduced. It was was not gone completely (but I use studded snow tires during the winter which do tend to run loud). I was very happy with the work done and greatly appreciated Tom's patience and time in explaining the problem to me. More

Mary Poppins experience (perfect in everyway) I arrived at 4:35 for my 445 scheduled appointment to get my RAV4 inspected. Someone was there by my side as I got out of my vehicle. I was greeted I arrived at 4:35 for my 445 scheduled appointment to get my RAV4 inspected. Someone was there by my side as I got out of my vehicle. I was greeted with a smile and how was I today by the attendant. A few quick questions and explanations of what he was doing (taking pictures of the vehicle) and I was on my way to the sanctuary (the quiet room) with a fresh cup of coffee and the use of the computer made my afternoon complete. I sent a few emails and just signed off the computer when I was greeted by another person to take me to my newly inspected vehicle. To make things even more pleasant - No Charge- since I had bought my vehicle at Heritage Toyota it was free. No issues so it passed with flying colors. Thank you everyone you made my day! More

Superb Service I had a flat tire over the weekend and called on Monday morning to see if Heritage would be able to put on my snow tires and to fix the flat. I was also in need of an oil change and state inspection. Talked with Tom and was told if I could leave it for the day they would try to fit me into the schedule.
