They refused to try to help me with a warranty claim for my 2016 Toyota. I went to Heratige and had a 180 degree opposite experience. Matt in service went above and beyond to help me and determined the battery was faulty. He helped me to get fully reemburced for the repair!!! Thank you Heratige Toyota, I will be more patient in my future purchas s, as I want a dealership where the service doesn’t end with the sale! More

She was knowledgeable, self assured and explained what the service techs would do to fix my minor problem. When I happened to reference the mileage, she offered/suggested they also do the 5k mile Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection thus saving me another service call in a few weeks. The check-in and check-out process, as well as the service itself, is extremely efficient. They have two great comfortable waiting rooms with free wifi. The personnel is always friendly, helpful, polite and explain everything succinctly. And I drive over 1 1/2 hours each way to get there! (My daughter lives in Burlington so I do have a second reason!) More

I knew my car needed an inspection but I ha On a recent visit for a 30,000 mile tune-up for my leased Prius C, I had a wonderful and surprising time. I knew my car needed an inspection but I had decided to put it off a while longer. When I arrived, Catherine (sorry if I got your name wrong...you were awesome!) met me at my door. She greeted me warmly and asked my name then proceeded to lightly offer me directions as to how to proceed with my appointment. She was efficient and thorough. She noted my need inspection and asked if I wanted to add it to my service. I was happily caught off guard - a simply yes took one extra to do off my list. I gladly took her up on the offer. She ushered me quietly to her desk and gave me the run down of the day and inquired if I would wait or go. I asked a related question about the length of time and she clearly informed me of the length of the maintenance planned. I decide to leave my car as I was in no rush. She also responded appropriately to a request for a quote for an extra key to be made for my vehicle. She added it to my plan with no hesitation after clarifying my needs. Everything was seamless and easy. I was out the door in less than ten minutes. I received a call within half an hour regarding the key. My decision to refrain from purchasing the key was accepted gracefully. She asked if I needed anything else and then stated she would call when my car was done. I fully expected to hear from her in the mid-afternoon. Moments later she called again, and mistakenly asked for Bob. I noted an absence of Bob and the presence of Aaron and she apologized for the miscall. I laughed, and she did as well then bid me adieu. I had left my car a little after 9:00 am. At 10:18 I noticed voicemail from Catherine's number. The transcript said my car was ready. Curious, I called her back. I asked if the voicemail was in error. She said that it was not, my car was indeed ready for pick up. I asked how it could be and she explain the situation. I was delighted and said I would be long shortly to pick it up. A neighbor delivered me to Heritage. I went in a was greeted by the woman at the check-out station. She welcomed me and quickly found my paperwork. She explained the work done and told me it was no charge. I did a double take and asked for an explanation. She explain their policy regarding my vehicle and my having leased with them, saying as I had acquired the vehicle with them I received the inspection as a compliment :) Apparently the service my car need was also covered! In a little over two hours total I was driving away totally content with my experience - and I didn't even make it into the waiting room for hot cocoa and creamers ;) So happy to have had that experience after a busy week. Thank you, Catherine, and Heritage! I look forward to continuing my relationship with your business. More
