Seriously loud banging noise. Thought the car would explode. Apparently, ice build up under the car caused horribly frightening banging noise when I was driving the car. . Heritage Toyota took the van in same day, found the problem and corrected it, which had the potential to compromise break function because of caliper impingement. I haven't had the van long, but this organization has been simply extraordinary in terms of the quality of the service, the promptness of addressing any needs, and the professional and courteous way we are treated from the sales end and the service portion of the business. Tire Pressure Sensor Replacement My tire pressure sensor was broken by some folks at an undisclosed tire shop in the area. For now on, I'm bringing my tires to Toyota to have them swa My tire pressure sensor was broken by some folks at an undisclosed tire shop in the area. For now on, I'm bringing my tires to Toyota to have them swapped over. It's not worth the headache and frustration that comes with having inexperienced and irresponsible goofballs at some tire shop negligently swap my tires over, break one of the sensors, and then try to convince me that it coincidentally "died" after the tire changeover. Joe H. was awesome; he was friendly, understanding, and sympathetic to my problem (apparently they've had a number of people come in for this issue this season). The service guys got my car in and out really quick--I'll definitely be back, Heritage Toyota! Thanks for all the help! More

I brought my 8 year old car in for a recall and asked them to Other than the long line to check my car in, in the morning, the service was excellent. I brought my 8 year old car in for a recall and asked them to check about a rattle I heard. They did a diagnostic review and removed a heat shield that was rattling, that I didn't need to have replaced. Saved me $100. In addition, they had a couple other recommendations that I asked them to do. Total cost $150. Shuttle service is the best around. I have cars that have gone to Subaru and Automaster and the shuttle service is much better at Heritage. Thank you! More
