Taylor nearly finished maintence before my shuttle ride was over, and washed my car for free. I’m so glad to be driving a Toyota now!! More
Refreshing I do all my service needs for our two Toyota’s Heritage!! I have a new Tundra, the rear turn signal was flashing faster than normal! I discovered the I do all my service needs for our two Toyota’s Heritage!! I have a new Tundra, the rear turn signal was flashing faster than normal! I discovered the bulb was out. Further investigation found that the assembly was loose, further investigation on my part was that the tail light assembly wasn’t attached, the tabs were broken on the inside. There was absolutely no evidence that the assembly had been hit! I was worried that I would have to pay for the assembly. I brought the Tundra in for the first service and explained the situation to Ryan, one of the service advisors, he was perplexed also. A gentle from the back ( Toby)came out to look and agreed that there was no evidence that the lense had been hit. He said “we will cover that!” I was more than just surprised! This is only one of the examples, I have encountered. This is why I bring all my vehicles service needs to Heritage Toyota! All The service people have a genuine concern for my service needs and have a pleasant way of showing it!!! Way to go guys!! You’re the best!!! JohnnyBBQ More

Everyone I dealt with was so capable, and after explaining what w My car is a 2011 Camry, so when the "Check Engine" light came on I feared the worst. Everyone I dealt with was so capable, and after explaining what was likely to be the problem I felt immediately at ease. Not only was the issue resolved but a complete overall check was done, complete with a data sheet that I could read and understand. It turned out I had a defective gas cap, and the part was not in stock. The service guy had a similar car and actually tried his gas cap on my vehicle! It's attached to the car, so that was truly above and beyond normal customer care. Thanks a lot...I really appreciate your fine work! More
