They listened to our needs, which at that time of day was our need to feed and take care of our two young boys. They offered to get us dinner and even got us an ice pack when my youngest son tripped and hurt himself! Recall service work Todays service was great and everything went well but I should not of had to go back for service that had been set to be done weeks ago. I made an appointment to leave my truck for a day for a recall on the exhaust. pipe. Eight hours later I got a call that they wanted me to leave the truck over night so they would have time to do the work. I needed the truck the next day so said do what you can and I will be back (30 miles away) at 7p.m. to pick it up. When I got there I was told to make a new appointment to come back and get the part replaced. We bought the truck second hand so it probably did not come from Heritage but I expected better service on a company recall. More

Great Chuck is great. He listened to what we wanted. We were going to have to wait about four weeks for our truck but Chuck found one on the lot and thought Chuck is great.
