When my car of 11 years finally saw its last day I went in to take a look at my options. My credit is just under ideal for buying a car so I thought I wasn't going to qualify for a car. Dennis, in true form, did everything he could and in the end I walked away with a brand new car. When going over extra coverage options for my car I was wavering between two options. Seeing me waver, they gave me the option with more coverage for the lowest price. In the end once all the papers were signed, I payed less for the car than I was planning on paying. They are absolutely amazing here. I trust them at R&H as much as I'm ever going to trust a dealer. Dennis Margroum is the salesman you should deal with if you go in. He always greats us with a hug, gets to know you on a personal level, makes sure you're taken car of, and doesn't pressure you into a decision. If you want to buy a car at a good price and not feel like you're being bs'd into a decision R&H is where you should go. More

Above and beyond My car was suddenly undrivable. I contacted R&H Toyota Scion, saying I was interested in a new Corolla. Rob Steiner brought a new Corolla to Parkvil My car was suddenly undrivable. I contacted R&H Toyota Scion, saying I was interested in a new Corolla. Rob Steiner brought a new Corolla to Parkville for me to test drive. He brought with him, and left with me a complete breakdown of the cost to me of either buying or leasing a Corolla. Once I decided on a Corolla he came, picked me up and brought me to the dealership to pick out my car and sign the paper work for a lease. There was absolutely no pressure by him or his manager to buy any of the offered "upgrades" or "protections", though I did decide to buy "Gap" insurance. There is no way I could have gotten any better service. More

For the first time, I was persuaded to buy a specific model by Chris Whitney. His enthusiasm is infectious and he really loves his job. He has superb knowledge of the product he sells. Because of him, I ended up getting a Prius Plug in (though not at R & H) in addition to my daughter's buying a Prius 4. Her car was used and R & H had a fair deal for it. My introduction to this dealership was with Joey Cheng. Even though I arrived almost near closing time one night, he made me feel welcome and is also an excellent representative for this dealership. If you are looking to buy a Toyota in the Baltimore area, start with R & H. More

We worked out most of the details by email and phone, so executing the sale was quick and easy. I knew exactly what I wanted--a new Toyota Camry--but I had a few questions. Chris Whitney, Dan Coy and Levi Lafferty had all the answers and they didn't call every day. I started and ended the whole process with Levi--he even delivered the car to my home! Thanks for everything Levi. I can't forget Derek, who was there to make me comfortable in the waiting room. Even though we paid cash for the car, there were numerous papers to sign, and I can't remember the name of the gentleman who assisted me--he was wonderful (Steve Southworth?).
