He provided the necessary receipts so I can rest assured our contract will be honored. They'll hold the car until we arrive (moving to the area) and can sign and pay the due amount. I felt no pressure and completely at ease. We spoke earlier on the phone to test drive a corolla. She had the car pulled up and ready to go! During the test drive, she let me DRIVE without putting in plugs or her sales pitch. That was very important to me because i was able to focus on the ride and feel of the car and see if it "Felt right". She was able to answer all my answers honestly and was always available when i needed her and didn't keep me waiting hours on end for an answer. I am hesitant to go to dealerships because sales people are so aggressive, but not with Erika. She was knowledgeable, friendly, timely, and not overly aggressive, which i really appreciated.
