Service Visit turned into the best experience Months ago I brought in my older Camry for some routine service. I was long overdue for a newer model, but vowed to "ride it till the wheels fell off" Months ago I brought in my older Camry for some routine service. I was long overdue for a newer model, but vowed to "ride it till the wheels fell off". Dan (not sure if he was in service or sales) struck up a conversation with me and convinced me to check out the newer models while I waited. While wandering around the sales floor, Erika came over and introduced herself while proceeding to tell me about the Camry I was looking at. To this day I'm not sure how she did it, but I drove away in my brand new Camry XLE that evening. I love everything about this car. Thank you Erika for helping an old stubborn mule like myself. More

This was a completely positive experience for me! I received a warm welcome and offer of assistance from the receptionist the minute I walked into the showroom. Will found a car that I thought was beyond my means, but perfect for my needs and safety. (My car was hit in an accident last week and is a total loss.) I was unsure of financing because of my credit, I met Stephanie Thornton, the financial (miracle worker!) and she took me every step of the way.. I was so warmly received and taken care of.....I believe both Will and Stephanie wanted the best for me, and they gave me just that! I puchased a car so very right for me, with protection and virtually no worries for 7 years, and even my car loan will work with me in my favor!!
