This is approximately the fifth or sixth Toyota we have purchased through our salesman, Carlos Subido. As has been true throughout, Mr. Subido delivered superb service. This was a rush purchase. Mr. Subido had only one day to negotiate the deal, locate a vehicle at another location, have the car run through pre-delivery (it had just arrived at the other dealership), clear credit, complete the paperwork and deliver the car. Mr. Subido and the dealership accomplished it all with aplomb, while simultaneously extending us every courtesy while we went through the process. He was not pushy at all, and he prided himself on being unlike the other dealers for this reason alone. He knew how good the quality of his cars was; and therefore, he did not need to try to convince anyone of that! I realized after a few false dealerships, that He was my guy, and I went back and told him I had decided that I wanted him to sell me my car. And a few minutes later, we found the car for me. He let me take it on a test run the entire day, and when I returned, I knew I had a winner! We made the deal, and the next day the car was mine!
