We really appreciated the patience he had when we were still in the price-comparing stage - and he made sure Carlos has been really patient with us. We really appreciated the patience he had when we were still in the price-comparing stage - and he made sure we could leave the dealership without feeling pressurized to buy. It is very important to be able to tell a dealer that we need to keep our options open, and Carlos was awesome in giving us that. He even took the effort to bring another car from Catonsville even though it was less expensive than the car we testdrove & had leather seats. We found out in the end why it was cheaper - it wouldnt start!!! Anyway, we really enjoy our new Silver Sienna LT and we appreciate all the time and hard work he put into us - and his bravery on enduring one of my infamous test driving sessions ;) More
