Like The Godfather, Matt made me an offer I couldn’t refuse! I went to Heritage Toyota Owings Mills just to get a rough idea of how much my 2015 Avalon Hybrid was worth and look at the 2019 version. Matt took t I went to Heritage Toyota Owings Mills just to get a rough idea of how much my 2015 Avalon Hybrid was worth and look at the 2019 version. Matt took the time to go over all of the features of the car - and there are lots of them. We took a test drive and it was “love at first sight”. 5 hours later I was parking the car in front of my house. I have never been happier with the buying process and, of course, the car. Not all Dealerships are the Same We were pleased with the final result of doing business with Ownings Mills Heritage. I have to say though other toyota dealerships had a significantly We were pleased with the final result of doing business with Ownings Mills Heritage. I have to say though other toyota dealerships had a significantly different approach. One on the east side had a very pushy salesman and the manager would not allow us to change to a different salesman. This salesman was not working for us, rather for himself and he was doing what he could to try to pressure us into purchasing a vehicle we did not want and that did not fit our needs. Another dealership to the North of us also had a manager that was very arrogant and full of himself. He spoke to me in a very condescending way. I would be happy to give more details regarding those dealerships to Toyota directly and would ask that Toyota Executive offices contact me directly. As for Ownings Mills, we would return the next time we need a car and we would recommend Carlos. More
