The sales rep. was really nice and the price was quite reasonable. I checked other dealers on line and no one could beat the price. We even went to a dealer for the same model, but 2 years newer and the p reasonable. I checked other dealers on line and no one could beat the price. We even went to a dealer for the same model, but 2 years newer and the price was almost $6,000.00 more. We are quite satisfied with our purchase. The next time I go shopping for another car, you'll be the first place I go to! More

Are there Negative numbers for the rating? This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an auto dealer. I bought a used truck from R&H. The radio was wired incorrect/ door sensor was broken the c the worst experience I have ever had with an auto dealer. I bought a used truck from R&H. The radio was wired incorrect/ door sensor was broken the check engine light came on within a week and when I as for them to repair the truck all I got was Attitude about how I should be thankful they are willing to fix the problem. I was given a small toyota as a loaner, I bought a truck. When I asked if they could return my truck to me and pick up there loaner b/c i couldn't make it up back to the dealer for a few days.Mr. Kempa laughed at me. and said the best they could do is meet me half way. "it isn't our fault you live so far away". I feel that all of the problems could have been discovered and fixed before it was placed on the lot. More

Sam was very good to work with and helped us get our new Toyota RAV4! We really wanted a Pyrite Mica RAV4 and there was only one on the lot.
