We had never purchased a vehicle from R&H. But, we have been very happy with their service.. so we decided to check them out! Upon our arrival we were promptly greeted by Rado. He was very pleasant, courteous, and friendly. We told him we were shopping for a new 4Runner, Limited Edition. He showed us the Limiteds. We took one for a test drive and loved it! We were quoted a price, and then left... as this was our first time visiting R&H sales and our first stop of 2 dealers we planned to visit. We then went to the 2nd dealer, (from whom we had purchased several vehicles from in the past). We came close to buying a 4Runner there, but were very unhappy with the insulting amount we were offered for our trade-in. (When one buys 5 vehicles, from one dealership.. one expects a little loyalty, courtesy, and fairness.. in return) My husband went back to R&H Toyota. He spoke with Tracy Reich, who gave us a fair price on the 4Runner and a more than fair amount for our trade-in. We purchased the SUV and are so pleased (with R&H and our new 4Runner!) R&H Toyota sales has gained us as new customers! The "paperwork" went smoothly and was painfree with, Connie. And, Carol (in vehicle protection) was such a pleasure to chat with!
