DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET SERVICED HERE. These people are frauds. I took my Toyota in to get a headlight replaced and an oil change and they told me I needed a battery of tests totalling to $650. Althoug are frauds. I took my Toyota in to get a headlight replaced and an oil change and they told me I needed a battery of tests totalling to $650. Although my car was running fine, I consented. After they did their "necessary repairs," my car started having major problems and several error lights lit up. I took my car to another Toyota service center for a second opinion, only to find that R&H Toyota did not fully reconnect my intake hose, AND overfilled my oil on a routine oil change. I took it back to R&H and they did not take responsibility for their error, let alone apologize, and subsequently tried to blame the problems with the vehicle on me for speculative reasons and charge me for more expensive diagnostic tests. My car, which has been fine for over 170,000 miles, has not been working properly ever since. And all this started because I needed a headlight replaced. They refused to acknowledge that the problems arose from their faulty and unnecessary servicing despite the undeniable temporal relationship between the two. This group of mechanics, technicians, and "service advisors" typifies the bad reputation the industry often receives. They are fraudulent, they lied to me, and refused to take accountability for their mistakes. Don't let the same thing happen to you that happened to me. Take your car elsewhere, or do yourself a favor and purchase a different make of vehicle altogether. More

My husband & I have to say this was the best car purchase experience we've ever had. All 3 of the employees listed above were so friendly & knowledgeable. Our previous van was purchased at another Toyota dealership. We went there first, but was very unhappy with what they had to offer. Not only did they not want to negotiate, but the salesman didn't give us his undivided attention. We thought having bought our previous van there that we would be treated better. The offer on our existing van for a trade in was insulting. Evidently, that dealership didn't want our business. Mr. Cheng was so helpful & made us feel comfortable. We had his full attention & he was willing to negotiate for a price that we felt comfortable with. The 2 ladies that worked with us on extended care & warrantees were so friendly. None of the folks we talked to were aggressive or unpleasant in any way. If we gave your dealership a grade - it would be an A+. More
I had a really wonderful experience at R & H Toyota and it was mainly due to Khalid who helped me out right from the moment I stepped into the dealership till I drove the car out of the lot. The way he had handled the entire transaction was so professional, right from explaining the features of the vehicle, during test drive and while working out the deal for the transaction. I was really thinking that buying car would be a troublesome one, but it was all made smooth by the courteous handling of Khalid and staff members of R & H Toyota. I would surely recommend this dealer to anyone who wants a good service and a good price for the car they want. More
I printed the internet prices of other toyota dealers from truecar.com and showed the sale men and financial officers.They said they can match other dealer's price. The internet prices already include the local ad fee, destination fee and dealer discount. The rest I need to add on is the documentation fee, tag fee and tax. A few days later, they gave a outrageous number. I told them they did wrong calculation. But they kept asking me for the out-the-door price of other dealers and claimed that they did not have the detailed price of other dealers. To me, it's crystal clear since the local ad fee , the dealer discount , the destination fee are on-line information and open to everyone but they chose to say they had no clue about them. The documentation fee and tag fee are almost the same for all local toyota dealers. They said they did not have all the pieces of the puzzle.I did no see any puzzles there. More

Dennis did a wonderful job-- no high pressure sales and he didn't try to sell us upgrades or a car that we didn't want. He listened to us when we asked the streamline the test drive/trade in value assessment process by having our car looked at while we test drove a vehicle. For the initial test drive we were in and out of the dealership in a half an hour. We had such a good experience and they offered us such a good lease deal that we decided to lease a Corolla from them. The lease process took about 2.5 hours. The great thing about R&H is they're such a large dealership that they have license plates on premises so you don't have to drive around with a temporary tag. Patrick was our finance person and dealt with the registration, titling and lease agreement. Everything went very smoothly. I would definitely purchase or lease a car from R&H again. More

I called got a sales assistant and he told me the car was available. I was in my car and called him on his cell phone 5 minutes from them, and told him I'd be there within 10 minutes. He said he'd have the car in front for me. 10 minutes later I went in to the dealership and asked for the assistant. I was told he'd be back in a second and when he came back he didn't even look for us (miscommunication from their front desk?). I had noticed a new face enter the dealership and go to an office so I went up to him and he said he was the assistant I had spoken to. He said that someone had the car and was doing a demo ride. We waited 30 minutes and this guy never spoke to us again. We gave up and left. Though he had my cell phone number, he never called me back, leaving me with the impression that there was no car. Does Toyota know things like this are going on at their dealerships (the same thing happened on the same day at another Toyota dealership)?? I hope not. In any case,what I did do was go to a MINI dealer the same day and buy a car. Their greetings and cooperation were impeccable (see my rating of them). More
