Evon and R&H were way ahead of the rest which is why we ultimately made our purchase there. The Sales Center was bright and inviting, there was a wide range of inventory on hand, and we were treated courteously and professionally by everyone we encountered. Evon was fabulous to work with...he knew his Toyota's, he was engaging, he followed up and delivered on everything he said he would, he was exceedingly professional yet very personable, and most importantly, he guided us toward the purchase of our 2015 Toyota Sienna AWD Limited! We are extremely happy and are loving our vehicle. We will definitely recommend R&H and Evon to people we know. More

Time for a new car It was time to trade in my 2003 Honda Accord and I had read several glowing reviews of the 2015 Toyota automobiles in Motor Trend, Car and Driver and It was time to trade in my 2003 Honda Accord and I had read several glowing reviews of the 2015 Toyota automobiles in Motor Trend, Car and Driver and Consumer Reports. My sister and I went to R & H Toyota Scion to look around and from past experience salesmen hardly ever approach women shoppers in a car showroom. A few seconds after entering R & H, Rob Steiner came up to us and asked if he could be of service. We looked at the Camry and decided it was too big and opted to look at the Corolla which I liked very much. After this visit, I must have stopped back 3 or 4 more times and called Rob a few times with questions and on every occasion he was courteous, informative, and friendly. My husband and I did end up purchasing a new 2015 Corolla Sport Premium from Rob at a very fair price with excellent financing (0.9% interest) and had an excellent experience all around. I would definitely recommend R&H Toyota Scion without reservation. More

This would not disturb me so much, but everyone there throws their "perfect" online reviews in your face if you voice displeasure. The salesman sold me lifetime oil changes and my receipt states as much. They claim that this does not exist, but no one can explain the source of the $900 listed as maintenance. They have charged me for services that did not fix the problem, resulting in multiple return trips. I would forgive this, but an oil change lasts almost 3 hours after they attempt to upsell you for services. Again, I would forgive this as part of the business, but they bad mouth other dealerships for their low ratings, but obviously some sort of software prevents tarnishing their allegedly impeccable resume. More

We went back because we had such a wonderful experience the first time with Rob Steiner that we thought we'd try our luck again. He worked with us to find the cars that we wanted for the price we wanted. We were able to lease a 2014 and a 2015 vehicle for less than what our current payments were on our current cars. VERY pleased with every aspect of their customer service from both the sales and service departments. We have been taking cars to their service department since we moved to Pikesville more than 5 years ago. I can't say enough about this dealership and service department! More
