Dishonest I just got ripped off. I was told that I had lifetime maintenance and I hit 25,000 and was told that the service expired. People say that car salesmen I just got ripped off. Carlos was great to work with. Tracy helped too. This was the third 4runner I bought from R & H toyota/scion. This one was definitely the best. The vechicle and the service were great. He was very patient with me - being a woman. i wanted to see a red runner and they sent someone to Virginia to get me the one I wanted. It was beautiful and I bought it. The people at R & H were all very friendly. Carlos even told me that if I needed any help on the navagation system to be sure to come back and see him. The only part of the whole deal that I wasn't happy with was the finance department. That was a long story but the main thing was the great treatment my husband and I received from Carlos and Tracy (his manager). Perhaps in 8 years i will be lucky enough to come back in for another 4runner. More

Dennis was most helpful , patient and courteous. He was most gracious in ordering the car we selected to be transported from out of town, and was sure that I was educated in it's use before I left the dealership. Interesting reading other reviews and seeing/ knowing that some of the dislike listed I actually experienced at another Toyota Dealership (not R&H). Toyota Corporation needs to hear from ALL with such ex that some of the dislike listed I actually experienced at another Toyota Dealership (not R&H). Toyota Corporation needs to hear from ALL with such experiences because this is a bad reflection of a major Corp. My experience at R&H was great. I went in with a somewhat complicated situation and my salesman Kal was on it. He did what I feel was the best that he could do with my situation and although I'm not where I want to be with the vehicle of choice it is a vehicle that I actually LOVE. Thank you KAL for your help, go see him for our future Toyota purchase(s). I would've given 5 stars but the finance agent blocked it with a bad comment to me (thank Connie). More

This is my 3rd time visiting R&H Toyota for a car. I have leased two cars in the past and my most recent visit was for a car for my 17 year old daughter. Every time I have gone to this dealer I have been very pleased with my experience. Rob Steiner is always very helpful and does not put any pressure on you like so many other dealers tend to do. He listens to your needs and always delivers. I would definitely recommend this dealership as well as Rob to anyone interested in buying a car! More
