With that approach I am more likely to come back rather than use other service depts. where I feel like I have to get everything done at that moment. I will recommend the service dept. at Freedom in the future. More

With everyone I've come in contact with at Freedom Toyota/Harrisburg, it is evident that the employees are not "just doing their jobs", but Toyota. Trish was outstanding! She was easy to contact through her cell phone after the dealership had closed. The loaner car was ready and available when I came into the dealership. I was impressed with the numb her cell phone after the dealership had closed. The loaner car was ready and available when I came into the dealership. I was impressed with the number of people who tried to help me while I was waiting to speak with Trish upon returning my loaner car. Based on the sincerity of the customer service, I continue to bring my van to Freedom Auto group for serving. More

They were very accommodating in working me into service for a Check Engine light on a 2005 Rolla that came on over a weekend. They were able to schedule the car in the PM on the day of the call. Dec.09,2010, I took my Toyota-Matrix 2006 before 0800a.m. I explained to the service desk, that I needed my car before 3:00 no more than 3:30. The number one reason I took my car was because the engine ligh I explained to the service desk, that I needed my car before 3:00 no more than 3:30. The number one reason I took my car was because the engine light is on. The earliest appt. that was available was Thursday, Dec. 09. I had my brother called around 11:30 am that day to asked what the dealer find out. Someone explained to him, that the car was not even check because the owner said she didn't needed until 3:00p.m. So, I waited I called 1:30pm Heather explained that the mechanic just took the car back to be look up. I told Heather I will need the car 3:00p.m. She said that she don't see any problem that the car should be done by 3:00p.m... Between 1:30 and 3:00 no phone. I left my job to the dealer with no answer from the dealer about the engine light on. 3:15p.m. I got to dealer I spoked to Heather, she explained me, some sensor needed to be repair, and that the technician is still working with my car. She didn't know yet, what sensor and how much was the prices. She was going to let me know as soon she had a answer for me, She was very helpfull in all of these mess. Ten minutes later passed and Heather came by to tell about the prices and labor prices. I agreed with the labor, but when She told me it was going to be 30 to 40 minutes I told her to have my car ready because, I was already late to pick my baby in daycare and just by waiting there I was lossing money. They had my car for over 7 hours to do all the labors that needed to be done. Now, I have to come another day for the repair of my car, this is wrong. I left the dealer 4:18p.m. Rushing to pick by son up at daycare. By the time I pick my son it was already 4:45p.m. By the way, Every five minutes being late to pick my son is $15.00 after 4:00p.m. Now, I have to come in this Saturday for the sensor to put in. Again, this is wrong. If you have any questions for me please, let me know my e-mail address is lpabon@steeltonpa.com More
It was the day from hell at Freedom. I arrived at 10:40 to wait for an oil change. I'm was staying at a nearby hotel. Of course I'm approached by the service advisor over an hour later. She said the tec to wait for an oil change. I'm was staying at a nearby hotel. Of course I'm approached by the service advisor over an hour later. She said the tech recommended I replace the transmission fluid and replace the air filter. They could do this service while I waited. I was given an estimate but declined replacing the air filter. So how much could it be to replace the transmission fluid ($215 I find out later!!!!!!!!) I was never given an estimate for just the replacing of the transmission fluid. I was told the car would be ready in an hour, and it was 11:45. Fortunately my husband was able to come by and take me back to the hotel for lunch. I returned to Freedom and my car was not finished. I was told it would be at least another 40 minutes until the car was ready. Seriously! So I'm forced to watch Toyota ads on their waiting room TV. Over 45 minutes go by and I have to go back and ask about my car. Each time I do this I'm treated as if I'm being impatient. It will be another 15 minutes until they put things back together and test drive the car! Huh - I'm getting an oil change and transmission fluid - what are they test driving? About a half hour later, I've lost my patience. It's 2:28. I've wasted an entire day watching Toyota ads and other customers come and go. I had to approach the service advisor yet again. The car was ready and so was my $272 bill! Don't EVER leave your car at Freedom and wait for work to be done unless you have absolutely nothing else to do. I won't return to Freedom and I certainly learned my lesson about having anything done to my car other than what I originally requested. More
