I was met and greeted right away and service was completed on time while I waited. Also spoke with Domingo about lease ending on Camry in April/May and that I would be in to see him about our next v completed on time while I waited. Domingo was very helpful in talking about that and I look forward to leasing our 7th or 8th vehicle from Freedom. We currently have 3 vehicles leased from Freedom and are pleased with all of them. Dealership provided 65k mile required service in a timely manner. Cost was good for the services that were performed. The service advisor pointed out that the last time my vehicle was in they had recommend manner. Cost was good for the services that were performed. The service advisor pointed out that the last time my vehicle was in they had recommended I have the air filter changed. Filter replaced this time along with the 65k service for under $100. I have used this dealership for all of my service since I bought my Toyota 4Runner in 2010 and have nothing but positive comments on their work and customer service. More
The dealership was very responsive about fitting me in prior to my trip to Pittsburgh. Thet were polite, thorough and washed the car before returning it to me inside the check in/out service bay. The service was speedy and friendly. The service was great and they did a great job on the detail. The mechanic did a good job they tested and replaced the battery and the main belt that was worn. I have a 2013 Toyota and I came in for my 5000 mile service, while there April pointed out my inspection and emissions was due and my inspection was free because I purchased my car there! She ranks high up the scale with Excellent Customer Service! Having managed many staff over the years in my role as a project Manager at Hershey Medical Center, I recognize and value highly those staff that provide ongoing excellent service to customers that they encounter. Alyssa provides the same quality of service every single time I have either called or been at the dealership for service. She is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful with navigating the customers through their experience. She follows up on any issue you present to her and always with a cheerful smile. I make it a point to ask for Alyssa when I am setting up appts or need information. I have no idea what type of staff recognition or reward program you might have there for your employees, but I would highly recommend Alyssa be considered for whatever you have available. She is truly an asset to your dealership and I hope you will acknowledge that. It is not often with today’s busy pace that we spend the time to greet people and make them feel welcome, but Alyssa does that each and every time she interacts with your customers.
