Bought a car 2wks ago, a 2014 Nissan, and have experienced issues with it. It has been in their shop twice and still the problem occurs. They are very rude and I do not feel they are an honest dealership and certainly do not offer fair prices for the quality of cars they sell. We came in there unexpectedly one day because of the situation my old car put me in and they saw it as an opportunity and took advantage. Now they are impossible and unreasonable to work with. Their sale manager, Stacy Hoke actually told me that I was not going to find any better service elsewhere and also tried to manipulate and indimidate me when I expressed my concerns with how dishonest they were and how horrible their customer service was. He also told me because I bought a Nissan, they couldn't do everything to help because they "are not a Nissan dealership". He also told me that "for every 10 customers there is always 1 that doesn't like them", well, since my car has been in their service shop twice in the last 2weeks, I have met 4 upset/irate customers. Seems higher than he predicted. Also, all had the same thing to say, the famous phrase around Freedom Toyota is, "it's normal, there is nothing we can do". Ridiculous. More

thanks to I was involved with the hail storm of 2014 and thanks to the guys over at Freedom Toyota Harrisburg ' body shop my Highlander never looks better. The Service Depart is excellent; Very friendly! As mentioned above the Service Dept. is excellent. It starts with a friendly greeting with the Service Writer, in my case it is usually Janelle Holme As mentioned above the Service Dept. is excellent. It starts with a friendly greeting with the Service Writer, in my case it is usually Janelle Holmes. From there I go to the reception area where I find it to be clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean also. If all that isn't enough I even help myself to a donut and a hot cup of coffee. It don't get any better than that especially first thing in the morning. The Service I receive is excellent and the price is comparable with other dealerships. When I leave I am always a happy person whether I just spent a few dollars or a thousand. It is all worth it. The reason for such great service is because of great employees. They make things happen. People don't really want to hear bad news that their vehicle needs a lot of work and will cost them money, but the employees have a way of making it seem not so bad. One last comment. This kind of service and atmosphere comes about thru great leadership. Alan Pearson, Service Manager manages his employees and the Service Dept. using Leadership by example. He really cares! I have spoken with him on several occasions and always found him to be willing to listen to my concerns and also praise for his employees. More

Excellent Service - goes above and beyone expectations I have purchased two Toyota Highlanders from Freedom and have been extremely impressed with service and follow up. My SUV has taken out by the hail s I have purchased two Toyota Highlanders from Freedom and have been extremely impressed with service and follow up. My SUV has taken out by the hail storm and then needed to be repaired again from an accident. They took care of both repairs promptly and addressed all insurance issues. They made it as pleasant experience as possible! They could not be any nicer to work with and the quality of work is perfect! Eveyln Chatel should be a speaker on customer service - she certainly takes care of her people and makes everyone feel important! More

Great Service 0009 I brought in my FJ for service and I was greeted at my vehicle with a smile. It was raining outside and it was great I could just pull my car inside. My car was inspected with no problems within 1 hour. Janelle was very helpful with questions I had about accessories. The only complaint would be that the stickers are slightly crooked. Overall a great service experience. More

Perfect Kaylynn was excellent! she made sure i knew what was going on with my car through out my visit. informed me of services that were required for inspect Kaylynn was excellent! she made sure i knew what was going on with my car through out my visit. informed me of services that were required for inspection as well as other items the mechanic noticed while servicing my vehicle. everything was done in a timely fashion, the shuttle was also offered to me so i would not have to wait the whole time. my car was washed when finished. I cant say enough about my service today. very pleased! More

Inspection and service I brought my car in for state inspection ( I made an appointment). I was greeted with a smile repair order which was review with me before work was I brought my car in for state inspection ( I made an appointment). I was greeted with a smile repair order which was review with me before work was accomplished. The inspection turned up a leaking water pump. The repair and price was given to me up front. This was accomplished in the time promised. I will be back in the future for all my car service. Good people to deal with!! More
