Never had issues with Freedom I purchased my Prius from Freedom in 2012. I like the fact that I could set up schedules for services on line. They usually could get my car done in less than 2 hours. Since my car is still fairly new, I just needed simple maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations. The staffs are very professional and helpful in explaining things. I feel so good about them that I recommended a friend to buy his SUV from this dealership. More

Great customer service I brought my fiancé (Kevin Sidauga) car in for a scheduled oil change that was due on Wednesday, July 1st, 2015. The service was wonderful and fast which allowed me to get to work on time. (I'll be honest, I was expecting to be there at least an hour and a half if not more but I was in and out at a respectful time. The advisor, Kalynn Miller was very kind, nice and respectful. I will definately bring our Toyota back for any service our vehicle would need.
