Service work/warranty work Car needed seat checked for a problem .Kaylynn Miller was my advisor and checked the seat out and said it needed to be checkecked out. She set up the appointment,ordered the parts and got me a loaner car for the time it was in the shop. Car was under warranty and the problem was fixed and I am happy to have bought my car from freedom. They always do good for me. More

Never had issues with Freedom I purchased my Prius from Freedom in 2012. The sale man was extremely helpful and he didn't try to sell me a more expensive car like another sales ma I purchased my Prius from Freedom in 2012. The sale man was extremely helpful and he didn't try to sell me a more expensive car like another sales man would. Thus far, I am very satisfy with this dealership. I like the fact that I could set up schedules for services on line. They usually could get my car done in less than 2 hours. Since my car is still fairly new, I just needed simple maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations. The staffs are very professional and helpful in explaining things. I feel so good about them that I recommended a friend to buy his SUV from this dealership. More

Great customer service I brought my fiancé (Kevin Sidauga) car in for a scheduled oil change that was due on Wednesday, July 1st, 2015. The service was wonderful and fast I brought my fiancé (Kevin Sidauga) car in for a scheduled oil change that was due on Wednesday, July 1st, 2015. The service was wonderful and fast which allowed me to get to work on time. (I'll be honest, I was expecting to be there at least an hour and a half if not more but I was in and out at a respectful time. The advisor, Kalynn Miller was very kind, nice and respectful. I will definately bring our Toyota back for any service our vehicle would need.
