Had placed a $500 refundable deposit to order a new car and was ready to trade my car. On the day of the transaction, the agent did not tell me anything about the refundable deposit and I forgot to ask abo and was ready to trade my car. The finance manager said he was willing to discount the Auto Armor to $300 further from $800 (Though they are saying now that there was no way they could discount the value for Auto Armor to $300 that cost $1499). I had purchased this care plan only on the condition that he was willing to offer it at $300. I signed the paper trusting his words and paid the new difference after purchasing the plan. But in the hindsight, he had sneaked a paper with a different value for the plan. Initially, I was not interested in this addition but trusted his assurance. I did not realize that he was going to be so trickster in getting me signed for $800 for plan and had put $500 as an addition to the cash value of my car to make it look like they had applied my deposit. The store manager spoke to me pretending that he will listen to me. But in the meeting, he tried his best to defend his employees to cover up the fraud committed by them to deny me the refund I was supposed to get. His defense in full display was nothing but a show equivalent of a con artist and fraudsters that I want to go on to make public until they admit their fraud with apology and honor the refund by mail without having me sign the release form and then remove the reviews. In the auto industry, the attorneys call this trickery a fraud/misrepresentation. Additionally, the following is my experience at this dealership: 1. Long waiting at the sales department despite assurance they will be back momentarily. But wait time dragged for about an hour and no apology for that. 2. Adding up dealer market adjustment to the car value without any explanation. 3. No responses to the important calls, eMails, and voicemails. 4. No business integrity, transparency, and accountabilities on managerial level for all the lies/frauds committed by their staffs/employees. 5. I know firsthand how some five-star reviews get posted here. They are too good to be written by customers themselves. 6. In almost all reviews, I see the contact info for the store manager, Wendell Fletcher. But he aids in perpetuating scammers. At least, he made it crystal clear in my case. 7. I put this alias to hide my real name. But the scam is real. No reputable companies conduct businesses this way. So, anyone eager to buy a car from this dealer, be aware- don’t be fooled by their misleading assurance or discount. More
