Obviously, it would amount to fraud as they tricked my family into signing for a plan while assuring us a different thing that was not reflected in the contract. No, it was not miscommunication. It is a fraud, a trick done on purpose, knowingly, and intentionally. It is an embarrassment to see that they had the gut to say they always want the transaction to be clear and transparent but then let tricksters and fraudsters get away with no accountability for their actions that public and most reputed companies would not accept. Again, it was a fraud, not a miscommunication. PERIOD!!! LESS More
