Had a bad experience the first time I went in a couple days before. Started emailing Jalen.grainger and he was very pleasant and respectful. Went back and saw Jalen.grainger and had the most wonderful exp days before. Started emailing Jalen.grainger and he was very pleasant and respectful. Went back and saw Jalen.grainger and had the most wonderful experience. He wasn't pushy and very attentive to me and making sure I had everything I need. He also listened to my frustration with the first interaction and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and a great deal. I was there until after 10pm doing the paperwork and he was there the whole time. He made sure he put my new license plate on. I also was still trying to work the android auto when he was leaving to go home but he stopped and showed me how to work it even though the dealership was closed and he was on his way home. HE WAS GREAT and I will recommend him to everyone I know. More
