Emailed to Pete 07/21/2023: Pete, Bill called twice. I answered once. He left a VM the second time. My review of Quinn is accurate. She called out of the blue. Knew nothing about our RAV4 delivery. Was not prepared when we arrived with the paperwork. Took over for I believe our terminated salesperson. My review of Pinkey. How could he have ordered our Sienna? We never put down a deposit. He never asked us which model or color. I met with him in person and he never followed up. I even emailed him. Called him after our brief in person meeting. So I am not sure what he ordered for us? He also emailed me an order form with another customers full information (name, address, phone number, etc.). With their van order and deposit information. So if he ordered us a Sienna I have absolutely no clue what he actually ordered. We never finalized the details of the model we wanted or even color and features. Please advise. No response....

Had an appointment for a regular oil change and tire rotation. Told me I needed new tires but had to come back two days later to put them on. Waited over 5 hours for them to put new tires on. More
