We sincerely apologize for your less than positive experience, as this is not our way of doing business at any of our Heritage stores. In an effort to please all of our customers, our policy has been that we are unable to hold cars for any customer. I understand that is the dealership’s policy; however, your own employee did not ahear to informing me of said policy and instead informed me of the exact opposite in an attempt to lure me into the dealership quickly, and as I stated I wasn’t available. It’s downright disgusting behavior, and I hope others are aware as you had shotgunned my credit for a car that wasn’t even available for me to purchase. You can make all the excuses that you want, what happened happen and you don’t want to stand by your mistake and do right, and it’s sad.
