Got low ball offer on my trade in. Told staff car was really low on oil. According to Kevin Farrel if your not a mechanic, means you dont know about cars. Was told oil would be checked and topped off. Never did top off oil. I took it to a mechanic next day and was told it was low on oil. Car never was detailed or cleaned. Animal hair stuck in vents and found animal nest under engine cover. Tried to negotiate price but got told its not negotiable. Spent 6 hours in dealership. Customer's beware and make sure to have vechile inspected before purchasing.
