Purchased a new Sienna. Completed the sale. Went to the bathroom and when I came back was told everything I needed was all in the vehicle. Got home (an hour away) and rea Completed the sale. Not even my temporary registration card to legally be able to drive the car. It's now been 3 days and I still don't have the paperwork despite 10+ calls/emails to the dealership and being told it would be sent via overnight mail. Was told by Daniel that the temp reg form can't be sent via email. Was told by Sebastian that I don't need the form to legally drive the car. A majority of my time spent purchasing the car was declining additional film coats, paint protection, leather protection, extended warranties, etc. Annoying but can be overlooked if the job they needed to do was actually done right. We all make mistakes. It's how we respond to mistakes that defines our character. Their lackluster response and seeming indifference makes it an easy choice to not return to this dealership in the future. More
I spent 4 hours in the dealership. And when I received my car it had bird waste on it. The car was not cleaned at all. My uncle comes with me to negotiate and after waiting 4 hours Mr. Bonafede apologizes and offers a free inspection card for next year. But come to find out we already get 2 free inspections with Toyota Care and he knows that. I was blatantly disrespected and disregarded by him. He knew that we already got 2 free inspections so he never helped us to begin with. More

My first experience at this dealership was great about a year ago I think the GM was Wendell and he hooked me up with a brand new Corolla. When I arrived at Heritage to have my brakes checked on my 2015 Toyota Sienna, I never expected that, when it was appraised, that I would receive an offer of $15,000. That was too good to pass up so I w my 2015 Toyota Sienna, I never expected that, when it was appraised, that I would receive an offer of $15,000. That was too good to pass up so I was introduced to Cameron Haskins, salesman, to help me look over possible cars for purchase. Cameron was very kind, very patient and worked tirelessly to look at the used cars available that fit my price range of no more than $20,000. He wanted to be sure that I had just what I was looking for and that the car would be one that I could manage the payments for. We finally located the 2017 Subaru Impreza. Unfortunately it was not on the lot so Cameron made the trip to Maryland on Saturday where this particular car could be found. It took a while for the car to be located. He kept me informed during this time while he was away, contacting me and sharing what was happening with another salesman in Harrisburg who also called me. I was grateful for that care so that I would not be making any unnecessary trips to Heritage. He finally arrived later in the afternoon and I went over and he showed me the car and explained what I was looking at and answered my questions. I liked this car much better than the first one I looked at as the space inside the Impreza was roomier than the Toyota. After having driven three vans (my Dad’s two) and then the 2015, I was used to a lot of space inside. I also liked the fact that the dashboard was not so heavily computerized as to be unrecognizable from the cars I’ve been used to. The Impreza felt comfortable, I liked some of the different features, so I decided to go with it. Cameron noticed something on the outside driver side that needed some repair done. Because it was late I drove the 2015 home. I wanted all work finished before I picked it up and my schedule made a Wednesday pick up day the best for me. Wednesday ended up being a very long day for me as I was busy with other events earlier in the day. When I arrived I found out that some cleaning up of the car was not finished. Cameron began more paperwork and Nyi and Shanen also talked with me. Nyi helped me with contacting my insurance company to have the new car put on my policy. Took several attempts but I finally got through. I was then directed to speak with Fred regarding the financial issues. Fred was also great to talk with and he went over the finances and the warranty information. By the time that was finished I had to wait for a short time for the clean up to be completed and the license plate transferred and then I was ready to take the new car home. I think it a wonderful thing that your staff supports each other to ensure a good result for the customer. I bombarded Cameron with tons of questions and he made sure to find out the correct answers where need be so I would be assured that I would be happy with my car. I appreciate how hard he worked to help me throughout this whole process. He contacted me by phone and email several times since I took the car home to be sure that I was happy with things and to invite me to ask questions or share concerns as I got used to driving the new car. I am grateful for the many people who assisted me, who stopped by to see how things were going and who have followed up with me. I do especially want to thank Cameron – he was so comfortable to work with - I knew that he wanted to make my experience a good one and he worked very hard to ensure that the car I ended up with met all my needs. I am very grateful to Cameron and all at Heritage who helped me with this new purchase. Now I just have to get used to the feel of a smaller vehicle but I’m getting there!! More
