Outstanding and superlative "car buying" experience with Kyle. Literally, I didn't learn until weeks afterwards that this young man hadn't reached his 21st birthday -- so I couldn't take him out for a gla Kyle. Literally, I didn't learn until weeks afterwards that this young man hadn't reached his 21st birthday -- so I couldn't take him out for a glass of bourbon after closing the deal. I viewed my buying experience with him to be exception. I would even go to the extent of describing it as outstandingl. He is polite, patient, kind, and respectful. It was so refreshing to purchase a NEW vehicle -- WORKING with Kyle -- from a brand dealer without the customary shenanigans of the back and forth haggling which takes hours to complete. I had not intention of making a purchase that evening. Kyle informed me of the "Toyotathon" year-end financing offer, his manager dropper $3600 off of the sticker price and gave me $600 more for my trade in than a competitor. The rest literally was just the paperwork. If you are looking for a new Toyota reach out to Kyle. This is one decision regarding the car buying "experience" you will definitely NOT regret. It was the the most "painless" purchase of a new vehicle I ever experienced. More
