After spending time with me going over the Rav 4 and test driving I switched over to the Camry, Ryan was very patient and continued to discuss all of the options related to the Camry. She was very knowledgeable r/t Toyota products. Once I decided on what I wanted, Ryan went to work and with in a couple days found my car with everything I asked for. My biggest complaint is that it took what seemed like forever to get called in to the finance office to complete the saIe. It was over an hour. Keith and I had finished all other parts of this car-buying process that we could until it was time for the financial paperwork. I still have no idea what took so ridiculously long as I sat there sweating in the heat and twiddling my thumbs. More
