My biggest complaint is that it took what seemed like forever to get called in to the finance office to complete the saIe. It was over an hour. Keith and I had finished all other parts of this car-buying process that we could until it was time for the financial paperwork. I still have no idea what took so ridiculously long as I sat there sweating in the heat and twiddling my thumbs. More
