I started looking for a SUV on Thursday 12/12/13, I was passing by the Freedom dealership and I saw the Jeep sign. I use to own a 2001 Jeep and it was a great vehicle so I decided to stop and see if they passing by the Freedom dealership and I saw the Jeep sign. I walked into the dealership and spoke to Sidney and I asked if they were still being made and he said no that the Cherokee replaced them. We took one out for a drive and I didn't like the way it handled. I told Sidney that I was going to look at Hondas next and maybe Toyota, I realized at that point Toyota was next door and I asked him if he was able to take me up there to look at a RAV4 because that was the other vehicle I was looking at when I decided on my Jeep. Sidney proceeded to tell me the ride wasn't as good as the Cherokee but I insisted on going over to look. When I walked into the show room floor I heard my named being called and when I looked around it was Marcia Moran. I bought 2 cars from her in the past and one of them was my Jeep. We talked about the old days and got caught up on life and I knew then that if I was going to buy another car it would be from her. Marcia is always fair and honest and will always take care of the customer, she is the reason I didn't get the RAV4 and I bought the Jeep in 2001. I took the RAV4 out for a drive and I like it, I came back in and talked with Marcia and she asked if she could work some numbers and I said sure. I had no intention on buying a car until late January, but after seeing Marcia it was a done deal. When you find someone who you trust implicitly like I do Marcia, you just trust your instinct that it's the right decision and you go for it. Before that night I knew nothing about Freedom Toyota but knowing that they hired Marcia as one of their Sales Managers they must value Customer Service first and foremost! Anna Anske More
