The service advisor Dave was with another customer, I waited patiently while he was with the other customer. They could not locate the mans vehicle, they were searching in the computer finally the customer told Dave to take me. At this point Dave was more worried about the other mans vehicle to listen to what I was telling him. I waited in the customer lounge for 1 1/2 hours finally I went to talk to Dave because I saw my car sitting there done. He was on the phone, I went back in to the lounge after 10 minutes he came in and told me it was done. I cashed out and when I got home I saw the screw was still in the tire .. They had not repaired it. After a call, another appointment was made an the correct repair was made. A half day was wasted to bring it in plus gas on my part an then another trip and gas. Finally they acted as if nothing was wrong! More

I took my 2010 tundra in for state inspection , oil change and tire rotation even with free state inspection it cost me $140.32 this truck needed nothing. In addition as per owners manual this truck with the 4.7 liter engine only takes 6.5 quarts of oil with a new filter they charged me for 8 quarts of oil this down and outright fraud. I will be contacting the better business bureau and in addition will no longer be doing anymore service business with your dealership More

Actually bought 2 cars from the dealership. Service reps are very rude over the phone and in person. The dealer will do anything to sell you the vehicle. When it comes to a trade in or a buy back they do no are very rude over the phone and in person. The dealer will do anything to sell you the vehicle. When it comes to a trade in or a buy back they do not honor KBB, NADA by any means. They will offer you. 5-6,000 dollars less then what the websites say the value is. I will never buy from there ever again. More

Everyone was extremely friendly. They checked me in quickly and let me know that they would call when my car was finished. I only needed my car to be finished by noon, but at 11:30am I got a call sayi quickly and let me know that they would call when my car was finished. I went to the cashier, they had someone pull my car around, and I went on my way. They did a fantastic job! More

Very impressed with the service provided by Trish.
