They were patient, explained all of the options and what everything meant (this was my first truck purchase), and it could not have gone smoother. A place that care about you! On our way back to Canada from Florida we had an accident on the road near Harrisburg and had our car towed to Heritage Toyota. We arrived at Heritage on March 18, 2020 and at that time we were right in the Corona Virus outbreak and we just wanted to get home. Jodi Irish right away took control of the situation and rushed our car through so that we could hopefully get back on the road as soon as possible. Unfortunately the damage was more than anticipated so we had to leave our car there and fly home. Jodi knew how stressed we were and did everything in her power to help us. We left with a fantastic impression of the type of people and commitment that are present at Toyota Heritage. You city is lucky to have such dedicated people working in your community.
