Poor customer service I am so disappointed in this dealership. I had a scheduled appointment, set up at least 10 days in advance. I arrived to find out my scheduled salespe I am so disappointed in this dealership. I had a scheduled appointment, set up at least 10 days in advance. I arrived to find out my scheduled salesperson was double booked. I was asked to come back later. I was scheduled for another appointment on 6/11/18, only to receive a text at 4p on 6/16/18 stating the financial manager will not be working that day. Overall, very poor customer. More

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! I had to recently go car shopping due to my car being totaled, no fault of mine, and I was pleasantly surprised how gracious the staff at Freedom Toyo I had to recently go car shopping due to my car being totaled, no fault of mine, and I was pleasantly surprised how gracious the staff at Freedom Toyota were to me. I decided to go with the lease to own option and was filling out the paperwork, etc. When they went to check my credit they asked if perhaps I had a freeze on equifax, experian, and transunion and I completely did not think about that with everything else I had been through! It took forever to get experians freeze off (approx 4 hours) I was at the dealer as they were helping me get it done. I kept apologizing that I hadn't even thought of that and had gone home and back to get the pin#'s etc...Meanwhile Justin, the gentleman who helped me was patient, literally helping get it done. FINALLY we got the freeze off and we were cleared and good to go! From Pete to Ashley that took my initial calls, and then Justin who helped me get the paperwork done, and Finally their Director of Finance I could not be more impressed and pleased with their professionalism, kindness, and thorough handling of my important transaction. I had many friends tell me that Freedom Toyota was awesome and now I, too, will be singing their praises! More
