Helpful but a bit slow. After quickly arriving at a very good price, it took from Monday til Thursday for them to secure the vehicle. I was beginning to loose confidence that it was going to happen, especially when Bryan sent me an invoice to the wrong vehicle. Near the end, the communication improved. When I arrived at 5:10, it took about an hour to do the test drive and start the ppwk. The vehicle was ready and this part went smoothly. But then I had to wait close to an hour to see the finance person(Megan) who was fairly quick once I could get in. That wait was my only disappointment at the dealership. It may have been some computer problem but still annoying.The salesperson Tony Kurdilla was both friendly and knowledgeable. He was eager to assist me in adjusting some of the technology interfaces which I greatly appreciated. I probably got out of there by 7:45, a bit longer than I hoped but otherwise I left very satisfied. There were no surprises More

My experience with Alex Lazarus was great- he was very attentive and really listened to me. I would definitely recommend him. However, there were a few things that needed to be fixed on the vehicle I chos attentive and really listened to me. I would definitely recommend him. However, there were a few things that needed to be fixed on the vehicle I chose before I could take delivery . One of them included jump starting the car because it sat too long in the lot. Unfortunately, whoever jumped it did it incorrectly , which caused a delay in prepping for delivery( and who knows if it permanently damaged it).In his haste to make a last day of the month deal , the manager asked me to sign all the paperwork before the corrections were made. I did not feel comfortable with that, and refused to sign. I hope the service people have since received training on how to properly jump start a hybrid. The days of pressuring customers to sign deals are over. Although Heritage gave me a fair price, I didn’t appreciate the pressure to sign on a vehicle that wasn’t ready for delivery. It’s just not good business practice. More
