We went back to the dealership and he introduced me to the Sales Manager (Stacy Hoke). Jamie quickly discerned that the only way to find a Tacoma TRD Off-Road model with a manual transmission was to order on. He and Stacy worked up a very fair price without an haggling. Jamie conscientiously followed up with Toyota and tracked the order until the vehicle showed up in December. Our Avalon Hybrid had some A/C problems which seemed difficult to resolve. Katie was very persistent in her resolve to see that the cause of the problem was found and that it was remedied in a timely manner. Secondly, we just purchased the 2015 Sienna Limited and at the time we took possession, last month, we were unaware that the interior and exterior protective treatments were not done. We were contacted by service and Katie made sure that the protection treatments were completed. We are extremely grateful for the conscientious way Katie treated us in both these situations.
