Service team does above and beyond I went in to have transmission checked on my 2010 Rav 4....I had experienced some hesitation and wanted them to check out the shift solenoid. After g I went in to have transmission checked on my 2010 Rav 4....I had experienced some hesitation and wanted them to check out the shift solenoid. After getting the car back and paying the bill I was still experiencing the shifting issue and voiced my concern to Allen Pearson, the head of service. He was amazing and I brought my Rav back to them and he went above and beyond, even getting a Toyota master technician who specializes in transmissions to review my car as well as reviewing my past maintenance on my car and seeing I had it in for this issue prior to the warrenty expiration. After 2 days of using a loaner car I got my car back and was pleased that the issues seemed to be fixed. There was no additional charges, and Allen just wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my service. He is truly an amazing manager and even though I didn't go to Freedom to buy my Rav I highly recommend their commitment to serving the customers 100% all the time. More
Excellent Customer Service I had been working with the master mechanic for a check engine light and stopped in to talk to him. While there, I thought I would look at the new I had been working with the master mechanic for a check engine light and stopped in to talk to him. While there, I thought I would look at the new Avalons, since I had my old one for 14 years and never had a problem until now. Herb approached me and asked if he could help me. There were only hybrids available, so I test drove one but wanted to check out a non-hybrid . He was going to find one for me and give me a call when it came in so I left. When he returned the hybrid to the lot, he noticed an Avalon Limited had come in that day, just not in the system yet. He called me immediately and offered to drive it out so I could check it out and test drive it. That was on a Friday night and Monday afternoon I picked it up. I never felt pressured into buying and felt he went above and beyond when he brought it to me to check out. I think Freedom is the best all around Toyota Dealer, from sales to service, I can't say enough! More

Worst customer service: I went to the Harrisburg Freedom Toyota showroom, I was very much interested to buy the CAMRY LE(VIN:4T4BF1FK1ER399170). They quoted the Price to be $2ok, and almost i was ready to get it with a little more negotiation. The executive went inside and he came back with another guy, Just he introduced himself and next he asked if we really wanted the car or not in a faster tone and crushed the signed invoice and said that that "you leave for the day" and both of them left immediately from that place ............... In front of the executive, my wife and my baby, he behaved in a worst manner, this is the first time in USA, i saw such worst people. I thought he could have been more polite to us in his way to reject the deal if he din't agree with us. First I met "Mr. Bryan Deguzman", then I hope, he introduced "Mr. Joshua Specht " This incident hurted us a lot and my flair for Toyota seem to be ditched. More

Very Disappointed!!!! I purchased a 2005 used sequoia from freedom Toyota in Harrisburg a few weeks ago, May 30, 2014. After we paid and signed paperwork, we were handed on I purchased a 2005 used sequoia from freedom Toyota in Harrisburg a few weeks ago, May 30, 2014. After we paid and signed paperwork, we were handed one key to our new vehicle to drive off the lot. When we expressed concern over only having one key for our vehicle, we were told by both our salesman, Ryan Long, and the used car manager, Stacy Hoke, that they could order us another key (that we'd have to pay for). First off, this is something we should have been told from the start. We ordered the key and brought the vehicle back the following week for recleaning (the car was vacuumed and filled with smelly stuff, not detailed before purchasing) and the new key. We were told they'd try to squeeze us in for the key programming. After having my car for a day, we were told the next morning that the key they ordered for us was cut to open the doors if we get locked out, but that it could not be programmed to start our vehicle!?!?!? After much back and forth and stalling, we were told they're not willing to do anything. Does this sound reasonable??? If for some reason we lose or misplace our only key, not only are we out a lot of $, we also have a vehicle we could never drive again! How is this even possible? We are being told they can do nothing. I am not willing to take that for an answer. I do not feel comfortable only having one key and don't think this should be expected. We are very frustrated, worried, and disappointed. More
