The service experience at Freedom Toyota has been outstanding. He is always congenial, he greets his customers with a smile and welcoming handshake. Whether it's just routine maintenance or warranty work, he goes the extra mile to provide an excellent level of customer support. He explains all the details of what service will be provided, he provides follow-up, feedback, and status, of the work in progress. He has been able to provide prompt service while I'm waiting and additionally he has been able to provide transportation support or arrange for a loaner car when a longer time is needed to service my vehicle. I have become "one happy customer" at Freedom Toyota, and I have been happy to recommend Freedom Toyota to my friends and family. My son has also purchased a vehicle and is equally as pleased as I am with his purchase and the excellent service he continues to receive at Freedom Toyota. Last year my boyfriend took his sons Tacoma truck down for an inspection and he came home with a 2005 Matrix for me to look at to see if I liked it. We ended up going back to maybe buy it and ended up wit for an inspection and he came home with a 2005 Matrix for me to look at to see if I liked it. We ended up going back to maybe buy it and ended up with a brand new Matrix (2009!) that they had just put in the parking lot! Then a year later when he was again taking his sons truck down for inspection and oil change,he ended up getting a brand new Tacoma truck for himself! And when I saw it and drove it myself I wanted a brand new car too. So then we were taking my car down for it's first oil change, we looked at the Rav 4 and ended up getting it. Don't get me wrong, I loved my car but I felt it would be very good for me to have 4 wheel drive, and it looked just like my car only bigger! So we feel from the sales people clear up to financing everyone was great and still are. We just took both vehicles in for plan A. Everyone did an excellent job! I bought my Town and Country @ Freedom and I, also, frequent this dealer for service. I am on the road just about everyday for my job, and I rack up mileage very quickly. While I know Freedom is very frequent this dealer for service. I am on the road just about everyday for my job, and I rack up mileage very quickly. While I know Freedom is very busy with service customers, Dan ALWAYS makes sure he gets me in the schedule (even on last minute notice) so that I can resume my daily travel responsibilities. He has provided top notch service to me. I keep going back to Freedom because of the following reasons: Convenience; Kindness & Respect; Fair Pricing; and, most importantly, Honesty and Trustworthiness. I have a family and a demanding work schedule... so I HAVE to rely on my vehicle to SAFELY get me where I need to be. I know very little to nothing about fixing a car; So,I need to trust that the dealer I choose to work on my car is making sure it gets the proper attention needed and that they fix any and all problems efficiently and effectively. Freedom has earned my respect through Dan Ward and the whole Service Team (including the courtesty drivers, detail guys, and the help desk). If Freedom keeps giving me the best service, I will keep coming back for more... including buying more cars there! More

Long Review: We were on vacation and as we left Hershey in the afternoon, on could go to Freedom Toyota for our service needs. These guys are great. Long Review: We were on vacation and as we left Hershey in the afternoon, one of the run flat tires on our Toyota Sienna indicated it was low. We found Freedom Toyota and Dan got us in and out before the end of the day with new tires. Dan was honest and fair with us - he told us that two of our tires still had 8K-9K left on them when he could have tried to sell us four new tires. He was friendly and helpful. The dealership had a nice waiting room where we waited with our four kids and everyone there was wonderful. We really appreciated the fast service and we were able to resume our trip and get back to Connecticut that evening. I can't say enough good things about Dan and the other employees we interacted with. More
My family and I were on an extended trip and encountered a problem with our '08 Sequoia. We Googled and found this dealership along our route. Stopped in to see if they could fix our problem and were OVER a problem with our '08 Sequoia. We Googled and found this dealership along our route. Stopped in to see if they could fix our problem and were OVER-WHELMED by how helpful and courteous they were...this is really a RAVE review about Dan Ward though. Dan carefully listened to my problem and immediately "owned" the problem. He explained that he'd get a temporary "fix" done, order the part and have the new part installed first thing the next morning. Guess what? He did EXACTLY what he promised...and more. Dan realized that we were from out-of-town and arranged for free passes for Hershey Gardens, had a chocolate "care package" sent to our room and even arranged for us to enjoy a delicious cupcake @ the Hotel Hershey! He's now our family's #1 HERO! It's incredibly rare to meet and work with someone like Dan who takes a personal interest in resolving another person's problems. It's even more rare when you consider that there was NO "gain" for Dan or the dealership. We live in VA...not PA. We'd not return to make this our service or sales dealership, and yet he went OVER and beyond to help us. He's a rock star...and deserves a RAISE!!! Your parents did a GREAT job with you Dan. We purchased a new Camry about a week or so ago and we were promised mudflaps. As luck would have it, our sales person and his boss (that we dealt with) were both on vacation. Mr. Hoke handled the situation perfectly and the service person, Ms.Cooper, I worked with was just as good as it gets, very accomedating and just plain pleasant. They got a hold of the parts and said we can do it "NOW" if you wish. Man...that is some service. Service done the right way...I will be happy to spread the word. I had a very important work related presentation to make and got up early and went out to my car. Of all days, it wouldn't start. Harrisburg Toyota understood my dilemna and immedialtey sent a technician out to help me with my car issue and I made it to the meeting on time...I know how busy they are, but they went above and beyond to get help me! I have not only had a wonderful experience in this matter, but also when I go in for regular service. I am always treated professionally and attended to promptly, and always with smiling faces. I always recommend this dealer to family and friends-and my sister, who purchased a vehicle from Freedom! More
I purchased a RAV 4 which is only a few months old and I found a burn mark on the back seat. Since I do not smoke and no other passengers smoke I assume it occurred by having the windows open and a passing found a burn mark on the back seat. After speaking with Evelyn she indicated that they could repair the burn but I would be responsible for the cost. She did indicate I could pay what the dealership would pay to have it repaired. I then received a phone call from Kelly asking me to bring my vehicle in to have the seat repaired...to my surprise the dealership did pay for the repair. Needless to say I was very happy. Kelly was very kind and understanding which made my experience a pleasant one. I would like to thank Evelyn and Kelly and the dealership for making me a happy customer.
