We at Freedom Auto Group are committed to providing a high level of customer service. Based on your review you dont feel you received that experience. We did make an effort to contact you so we could research your claim but you did not reply. While KBB is our primary source of preowned vehicle values it is not our only source. We also use current auction values which react faster to market conditions than KBB. While we may not always be exactly the same as KBB I cant imagine being off by 5 or 6 thousand dollars unless a trade in was a branded title vehicle, damaged, or had mechanical problems.

Very dishonest and poor service. They say they will do anything to help, anything to resolve an issue. The truth is they don't care about you after they have sold the car to you. They use other means to value a vehicle that was sold off of their own lot. "other means"? Banks use the black book, Nada, kbb,and "other means". If there is a current auction value, then why are your vehicles being sold thousands of dollars higher. In a already tough economy that is just an excuse to screw over the consumer even more than you already are. If it wasn't for the consumer would your business be in good standing now. What it seems is that I called the out Freedom Toyota as the scam artists that they are, and they are not pleased to hear the truth. Just remember I have been through the proper steps, taken the initiative to contact your company, waisted my time and energy only to get spun into a circle and treated terribly. Ive exhausted all of my interests while entertaining the thought that I would actually receive proper help but instead I have received nothing. I have come to realize that I will have to take a $5,000.00 hit and keep smiling. After all it's not your companies money so why would you or them care. I refuse to let you break my spirit I just hope that others do not receive the same treatment that I have.
