The Service Depart is excellent; Very friendly! As mentioned above the Service Dept. is excellent. It starts with a friendly greeting with the Service Writer, in my case it is usually Janelle Holme As mentioned above the Service Dept. is excellent. It starts with a friendly greeting with the Service Writer, in my case it is usually Janelle Holmes. From there I go to the reception area where I find it to be clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean also. If all that isn't enough I even help myself to a donut and a hot cup of coffee. It don't get any better than that especially first thing in the morning. The Service I receive is excellent and the price is comparable with other dealerships. When I leave I am always a happy person whether I just spent a few dollars or a thousand. It is all worth it. The reason for such great service is because of great employees. They make things happen. People don't really want to hear bad news that their vehicle needs a lot of work and will cost them money, but the employees have a way of making it seem not so bad. One last comment. This kind of service and atmosphere comes about thru great leadership. Alan Pearson, Service Manager manages his employees and the Service Dept. using Leadership by example. He really cares! I have spoken with him on several occasions and always found him to be willing to listen to my concerns and also praise for his employees. More

Great Service 0009 I brought in my FJ for service and I was greeted at my vehicle with a smile. It was raining outside and it was great I could just pull my car inside.
