When we, my husband and I, walked into Heritage Toyota someone asked who wanted the next customer? Jon stood right up and said he would help us. We were so pleased with his willingness to serve. He was attentive and listed to our wants and needs to find our retirement vehicle. Jon went and talked with Fred to see if he could get the deal we presented for our trade in on our Rav 4 2015 vehicle. We told Jon we were looking at another vehicle at a different dealers and need time to talk things over and would the deal still be on the table for a couple of weeks. He said yes, and that he would contact us on Saturday to see what we were thinking. We did receive the follow up from Jon as promised, but did not from the other dealership. So we went back to see Jon. We told him we wanted to see the other vehicle you had on the lot, but he said it was already sold. So, he then presented us with information on another Rav 4 with all the things we wanted on our new vehicle. Thanks to Jon and Fred we are proud owners of our New Rav 4 2021. GREAT JOB!! We appreciate everything you did for us. Jon went above and beyond to help us. He also made sure that thing were done to standards when cleaning and prepping our new vehicle. Awesome job Jon! The four star for Heritage Toyota was given because we had to have Jon go back to whom ever was doing the work of the Diamond Protection for our vehicle. The job had several noticeable areas where the protection was not done. The said they redid the job. I had to go back again on Monday to get the job done right, again. (this had nothing to do with Jon's rating) Again, Jon did an awesome job! More
