Great Job I wanted to surprise my wife on her 75th birthday by purchase a Rav4 for her. They had it parked in front if the restaurant and an added several balloons. as an extra bonus. ( A nice surprise). When we arrived she said" it looks like someone is getting a present". Chad was super friendly, not the least bit pushy and he really listened to what I wanted. He never once tried to get me to take something the dealership had in stock in lieu of the car I actually wanted. I had already researched the car and had been to other dealers so I basically told Chad what I wanted and the offers I had on the table. He went to work and came back and told me he could do the price but they would have to locate the car and that should take one to three days. Sure enough he found my dream car, gave me a call and today I am the proud owner of a 2015 Toyota Highlander Limited. Chad was great and I am very thankful for such a positive experience More

While I didn't end up purchasing a car (I still haven't yet, and am heavily considering returning to Freedom), I found the selection/range of vehicles very accommodating, and the customer service outstanding. I was working with John, and found him to be very pleasant and knowledgeable. I met his manager Stacy, and also found him to be very professional and easy to work with! Overall, my experience at Freedom Toyota was fantastic, and has really made me want to return to the dealership if/when I purchase a vehicle, instead of going through a private seller like I had initially intended.
