Bought a car 2wks ago, a 2014 Nissan, and have experienced issues with it. It has been in their shop twice and still the problem occurs. They are very rude and I do not feel they are an honest dealership and certainly do not offer fair prices for the quality of cars they sell. We came in there unexpectedly one day because of the situation my old car put me in and they saw it as an opportunity and took advantage. Now they are impossible and unreasonable to work with. Their sale manager, Stacy Hoke actually told me that I was not going to find any better service elsewhere and also tried to manipulate and indimidate me when I expressed my concerns with how dishonest they were and how horrible their customer service was. He also told me because I bought a Nissan, they couldn't do everything to help because they "are not a Nissan dealership". He also told me that "for every 10 customers there is always 1 that doesn't like them", well, since my car has been in their service shop twice in the last 2weeks, I have met 4 upset/irate customers. Seems higher than he predicted. Also, all had the same thing to say, the famous phrase around Freedom Toyota is, "it's normal, there is nothing we can do". Ridiculous. More

They had the car we were looking for, so we decided to make the 2-hour trip to Harrisburg. After having visited 2 other closer dealerships, we ended up at Freedom - talking with Ryan Long. Ryan's knowledge of the Toyota line, his professionalism, honesty, and friendliness, made us feel like we were at the right place. He worked with us to understand our needs, wants, and financial limits. He was also willing to involve Stacy Hoke, his Sales Manager, in our discussion. Stacy also brought professionalism and honesty to our discussion. In the end, we bought our new Venza from Ryan and are extremely satisfied with entire process - and the car. More
Sold me a pile of junk truck & won't do anything about it Crooks. I bought a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 from them in November. First off, sales experience was awful. Took 2+ hours in the showroom waiting for the Crooks. I bought a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 from them in November. First off, sales experience was awful. Took 2+ hours in the showroom waiting for the finance manager who shuffled his way over right before I blew my stack. Day after I got home, problems started. Bad battery. You sell me a truck with a badd battery? How basic is it to check that before you sell a used vehicle? The rack & pinion is bad and needs to be redone costing $800. The truck shuts off for no reason. An O2 sensor is bad. The check engine light comes on here and there. That was all within the first month of getting it home. When I contacted the GM he says "bring it in and we'll take a look at it. Otherwise you're on your own". Seriously? I live 4 1/2 hours away obviously Im not bringing it in. I certainly take somewhat of a chance buying a vehicle so far away but I buy from reputable dealerships to avoid these situations. The mechanics obviously didn't bother to look at the mechanics of the truck or they sold it to me knowing it had major issues. Its now cost me $1,000 to get it fixed PLUS I got rid of it ASAP because it was falling apart around me and that lost me another $2,000. BE WARNED WHEN BUYING A USED VEHICLE FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!!! Changed all my stereotypes.. I have long had an aversion to car salesmen; so much so that I have not bought a new car since 1996. Over the summer of 2014, I decided to finally loo I have long had an aversion to car salesmen; so much so that I have not bought a new car since 1996. Over the summer of 2014, I decided to finally look at a used Jeep and had the pleasure of dealing with Noe Perales. After spending almost half a day with him, I sadly came to the conclusion that I really could not afford to buy that Jeep that day. Unlike every other sales person I have ever encountered, Noe did not flip the "disinterested" switch and show me a different personality because I had wasted half of his day; rather, he sincerely tried to help me find a way to make it work, and barring that, told me to be sure and let him know if he could ever be of help in the future. Last week I saw the Jeep of my dreams that I thought I could afford on the Internet and inquired if Noe would be in the next day. Long story short, not only was it Noe's day off, but when he found out I was in the showroom, he came in and spent the ENTIRE day with me, working with me to get the payments where I needed them to be. Yes, you say, but he was making a sale even though it was his day off. But I happen to know he had plans with his wife and kids...sacred time to all of us. I doubt that I'll be buying another new car anytime soon, since Jeeps last forever, but I strongly encourage you to ask for Noe when you visit Freedom Toyota/Jeep. You will never work with a nicer person. I don't believe he knows the definition of the word pressure, since he works to make YOU comfortable. More

There was never pressure of any kind, instead, there were solutions offered to give us choices. Ryan is the person I will go to each time I need a car because of his genuine concern to ensure that we got the right car at the right price. Tommy Iannicelli helped us with the loan and was the same type of person: honest, helpful, kind. In conclusion, the transaction could have not gone better. Ryan and team made sure that all of our needs were met and that we were dealt with like friends. I can't think of a reason I would ever go anywhere else. I give them my highest recommendation without reservation. More
