My recent purchase My wife and I have been using the services of Freedom Toyota for several years. We have been very happy with the service there and the various staff w My wife and I have been using the services of Freedom Toyota for several years. We have been very happy with the service there and the various staff with whom we have had contact. We decided a few weeks ago to purchase a newer Prius as my '04 did not pass inspection and needed some work, and we felt that it might be time to seriously think about that before spending more money on the "04, which is a car that I really liked and wanted my next one to be a Prius as well. Our sales person was Kim Rorke and we were very pleased with her. She helped us decide on a 2015 Prius that had only 10K miles and was a "Certified Pre-owned Vehicle", which I preferred. Kim was very nice to work with, very personable and we feel comfortable knowing that we could contact her if any concerns and she would be willing to do her best to help us in any way. She was not 'high-pressure' and we felt very relaxed as we were working through our decision and have not regretted our choice. The car of course was in great condition and we also decided to purchase the 7-year, 100K miles extended warranty, which is an added comfort, since we always plan to hang on to a good car for many years and it is nice to know that Freedom 'has our backs' as we drive along through life with our purchase. We have always received very good service at Freedom and I have met several of the mechanics and of course the service persons as well and everyone I have dealt with has been very personable and friendly. Willing to go the extra mile I had an odd experience when I went in to look at a car which was very nice and just what I was looking for at Freedom scion .
