issue resolved I had a car accident an totaled the Equinox I had. I didn't like the new Equinox so started looking at other dealerships. I live close to Freedom so I had a car accident an totaled the Equinox I had. I didn't like the new Equinox so started looking at other dealerships. I live close to Freedom so i stopped in one evening. I had 10 days to find something before I had to give the rental back. i found the Rav4 to be very nice and there were three on the lot two Grey and one White, when I test drove one of the Grey on Saturday. When I went back to purchase after the insurance check came and cleared the bank it was Friday, There were two gray 2017 Rav4 on the lot no white it had been sold. The Rav4 I test drove had 3 miles on it and both carpeted and rubber mats I have a price quote for the 3 mile car and the pricing is the same for both vehicles.. The one they brought me after two + hours of waiting and paperwork was not the one I test drove. They looked alike till I got home Friday evening I was to tired to think to look closely. Sunday went to drive to church and realized this car had 63 miles on it and no carpeted mats to be found, I was upset! I went back on Monday after work and asked why i wasn't given the car I test drove, Sorry no you are correct was the answer no reason why, If I wanted carpeted mats it was 100.00 more. Both cars were the exact same price on the Quote and the sales receipt. Never had this happen with any other dealership I have purchased cars from. Kandy Lenker Marcia from Freedom called and had a set of carpet mats ready for me to pick-up on Saturday. Marcia apologized for the confusion of my receiving a different car than the one I test drove. My Comments on this site were not meant to be criticism. It was to be a suggestion that customers be told if the car they are getting is not the one they test drove and that there are differences in the car. I thanked Marcia for getting back to me and resolving the issue. Hope my future dealings with Freedom Service Department will be good, The new car will need an Inspection in a month or so.
