Poor customer relations, no time spent going over vehicle, passed off to 3 different people, witnessed arguing between 2 of them, waited too long for finance part (we paid cash), too many people sitt vehicle, passed off to 3 different people, witnessed arguing between 2 of them, waited too long for finance part (we paid cash), too many people sitting around doing nothing when we were initially told not to come because it would be after 5 when we arrived from OH and that no one wanted to stay late. If it wasn’t the exact car I wanted, I would have made the 5 hour drive back home without it. More

I recently found myself passing through PA on my way home to MD. My check engine light went on and ultimately, I had to have my car towed to Heritage Toyota Harrisburg. I can’t begin to tell you how Jody Irish turned lemons into lemonade and became my “new best friend“ by going above and beyond to get my car fixed and back to me ASAP! She and her team deserve high praise and I honestly think the world of them; they are angels! Being stranded in a strange town with no vehicle and my dog is not a comfortable situation, but Jody and team totally turned it around with compassion, kindness and quick service. More
