Everyone we encountered here was friendly, professional, and engaging without being pushy. I felt my potential business was valued from the first contact, and was beyond satisfied with every step of the pro and engaging without being pushy. I felt my potential business was valued from the first contact, and was beyond satisfied with every step of the process. Cannot say enough about Ryan Thomas, my salesperson. She was outstanding in every way. I told her what I was looking for and she worked tirelessly and quickly to find the exact car and get it brought in for me. She was fair and transparent, knowledgeable about the vehicles (seems like a no-brainer, but can be rare in a salesperson these days), and has such a great communication style. I felt like her priority from day one, never like a number or a potential deal. I can guarantee you won’t regret working with Ryan. As far as I am concerned, I’ll buy any and all future cars from her. Fred in Finance was another rockstar. Everyone dreads this part of buying a car, but Fred made it actually enjoyable. An all around good guy who is a pleasure to be around, and also knows his product, Fred patiently explained options to me, never pushing or selling, just educating and listening. From minute one, he seemed most concerned with making sure he fully understood what I wanted, needed, was comfortable with, and then worked with me to get to where I needed to be. I also received two calls from the Sales Manager, once before my appointment to finalize everything and again the day after I took my new RAV4 home, reaching out to see if I had any questions and making sure I was being taken care of, which I thought was a really nice touch as well. I don’t live super close so I won’t be servicing my RAV here regularly, so I can’t speak for the service dept. but I can say this was a great dealership to buy a car from, and at this point I would say they have earned by business for years to come. Thanks Ryan, Fred, and the rest of the Heritage team! More
