Jon Brown was exceptionally quick and knowledgeable with reference to the actual processing of my purchase and made the experience easy, pleasant and hassle free given the short turn around from my selectin reference to the actual processing of my purchase and made the experience easy, pleasant and hassle free given the short turn around from my selecting a vehicle, pick up from a remote dealership and preparation. I felt the dealership in general was very congested, hard to maneuver and not as accommodating as others I've visited. I also feel as if i didn't receive a fair enough price for my trade in and little to no additional incentives aside from a Toyota Hat and 10% off a $1200 bed cover. I felt a bit slighted given other customers were receiving $500 gift cards being it was a Black Friday new sales event given my purchase was close to $60K. All things considered my only saving grace is I absolutely love the truck. Aside from that and Jons extended efforts I'd have to say my overall experience was a bit less than enjoyable and not worthy of a friend, family or associate referral...unless this is the only dealership that has or can get their hands on the one vehicle you've been seeking. *UPDATE* Well, here I am next day and decide to check under the hood...just to check the engine bay for dirt, leaves, oil, fluids...because thats what I do. Take care of my stuff. So I find the engine oil cap missing and fluid sprayed all over the engine compartment. Well, needless to say I was livid! Left a less than professional message on the dealerships v/m due to it being Sunday and closed and texted Jon. He apologized and promised to make it right. We'll see!
