Zach was very helpful, was talking to him about a Highlander Hybrid for about a month and a half before placing a deposit on one. It was about a month wait after placing deposit, but other dealers were saying about 8-9 months for what i wanted. Zach and Wayne, were very helpful finding everything we needed and got it to us quick. Zach gave us updates on the vehicle every couple of days so we knew when it was arriving. When we got in, it was a quick and easy experience and was able to set up our phones and go over everything that was needed. Zach went above and beyond, where some people would not follow up as he did. Showed he cared and wanted to help us. Will definitely be referring Zach to other people who are in the market More
