If I could give Dumitru 6 stars, I would! Dumitru was professional, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. My son and I had been searching for a Toyota Tacoma for quite some time and finall Dumitru was professional, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. My son and I had been searching for a Toyota Tacoma for quite some time and finally found one at Heritage Toyota. I called to check if it was still available, and Dumitru answered. He was friendly, informative, and took the time to answer all my questions. My situation was a bit complicated—I had just moved from out of state and hadn’t yet transferred my license or registration. Dumitru went above and beyond to help navigate everything so I could move forward with the purchase. I left a deposit and met with him the following week.
