On May 24th, received $540 of credit due. Still $705 and $2,280 to be credited back. Will advise when these two credits have also been received.

Finally received the $705 and $2,280 credits that were due. This took much longer than it should have (4 months), but once the manager, Wendell Fletcher, got involved, the whole process was expedited. Mr. Fletcher was patient, cooperative and made it happen. Cudos to Mr. Fletcher as his personal assistance was pivotal on processing these credits. Mr. Fred Mansfield, who was the original contact was difficult, not responsive and did not follow up. This matter is now concluded. Thanks Mr. Fletcher.
