Satisfaction I bought a used Toyota camry(hybrid) 2007 there and had a problem on it almost two months later. My hybrid system failed; I called, set an appointment I bought a used Toyota camry(hybrid) 2007 there and had a problem on it almost two months later. My hybrid system failed; I called, set an appointment for check up. They told me that my hybrid had to be replaced. Thank God I happened to meet with that representative named Miya, I guess, who took a very good care of me through out the process. She kept me posted until they fixed my car for no charge!!!!!. Now I am happy with my car, and I appreciate the great customer service skills she has. If y'all happen to go there for any problem, I recommend you contact her also, she'll take a very good care of you! Henrisch Ndanga More

They may give you nice ambient waiting area but rip off customers by promising the things they never do. It took them 4 hours to change oil after promising me to get it done in 1.5 hours. Promised me to top off Coolant fluid but never addressed it. Even after sending email to the Service Director, Ron Filling there was no response. I will not be returning to this dealer. Worst service experience. Update: Though I got response bit later than expected. I will completely satisfied by the emails and service this time from Ron Filling and specially from Karen Farina. I wish I got the same service the first time I have been there. There are only few who looks forward to serving a customer after 5:30 PM. Thanks to Karen, I'm relieved now. More

My service advisor, Meya Stamper was thorough in her helping me to understand the reason for the recall on my car as well as what I should expect with my milestone service for the day. She arranged for me to couple my recall visit with my 10,000 mile service. After, I explained my obligations for the day, she arranged a loaner for me. That's when I met the very warm and personable rental agent Sheri Melton. Sheri also very thorough in explaining the policies for using the loaner service at Russel. My entire day was productive because Russel accommodated my needs while servicing my car. That's why I Love Russel! I have no trepidation about my next service, for I believe through this experience that Russel will take care of my automotive needs. Charles & Janice Green More
Meya, Assitant Service Manager = FABULOUS / RESPONSIVE I met Meya about 8 months ago after purchasing a 2013 Certified Pre-owned Toyota 4-Runner from Russell Toyota. The vehicle had just around 11K miles I met Meya about 8 months ago after purchasing a 2013 Certified Pre-owned Toyota 4-Runner from Russell Toyota. The vehicle had just around 11K miles on it, so as you can imagine, the service needs that I have experienced on it was pretty much related to normal wear. However, recently I have had some electrical issues that Meya has been on non-stop like it was her only task. She is hands down one of the most responsive and knowledgeable service advisers that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my many years owning a multitude of vehicles. The issues were resolved by getting new OEM parts for my USB/AUX ports, all of which was covered- labor & parts, through my VSA. She handled everything. However, what really impressed me was just an event that occurred within the last 36 hours. I unfortunately had a tire blowout yesterday in which I was on my way to daycare with my two toddlers. In between coordinating the tow with Triple AAA, I had contacted Meya to let her know that my service appt. for the following day needed to be bumped up to today.....due to the recent tire blowout. I didn't expect her to drop everything and get me in for the tire blow-out and the already-scheduled work initially, rather that I was coming with a flatbed truck carrying my vehicle and that she could take her time......just put me in a loaner!!! Well the fact of the matter was that she knew my crazy day's schedule and the fact that I was in a boot for a foot injury and needing to make a doctor's appointment downtown by a certain time, but she had no loaners whatsoever. Anyway, after she and I discussed briefly......she did NOT hesitate as she quickly executed her resources to get me in a rental. Myself, being in a sales environment working with an entire team that I manage, I too realize, value, and understand the importance of exceptional customer service. A few things she did on this visit that we really appreciated were that first, she did have the car ready right on time - so we did not have to wait or postpone our other plans. Second, she honored a competitors special price which was awesome! And last, before I left I noticed that the coolant had not been topped off, so Robin took the car back in and had it taken care of immediately. Robin goes above and beyond to provide great service! Bad experience trying to replace tire I have brought my wife's car for service on Saturday and left it at dealership, everything was fine. When I came back to pick it up, they told me that I have brought my wife's car for service on Saturday and left it at dealership, everything was fine. When I came back to pick it up, they told me that one of the tires had a nail in it. So they failed to notify me about it. I have set up appointment for Monday to do a hole patch. I come there on Monday, and after about an hour they tell me that they can't do a patch because the nail is too close to already existing patch. They offer me to replace the tire for 265.00. But I had to wait half day because the required tire was not available right away. Since it was Monday morning and I had busy day ahead of me, I said that I can't wait that long and drove away. After couple of weeks I come on Saturday talked to Ron Filling to setup an appointment to replace the same tire on Monday. I asked him specifically to make sure that they would have this tire on Monday for the appointment time. He said he would talk personally to the parts department. I come on Monday and people at the front desk tell me that they don't have this tire available, that I have to wait again, and on top of that they tell me that it is going to cost me 293.00 instead of 265.00. Although they offered me a rental car so that I could leave my wife's car for tire replacement and drive that day, it would greatly complicate my schedule. I would have to come back in the evening to pick the car. Overall this was very bad, unpleasant and ridiculous experience at this particular dealership. She was able to advise me as to what to do and also to calm me down. She is an excellent person. More caring people like her is needed here.
